Overview of Tournament Rules

 

• There will be 12 teams competing in the tournament.

• Each team consists of 7 players (4 field players, 1 goalie, and 2 subs).

• Each team must consist of UCCS Students only. 

• Only one UCCS Soccer player allowed per team. 

• Each team MUST choose a country. Countries are awarded on first-come, first-served basis. 

• Games will be 5x5 (including goalie) and 20 minutes long. 

• Each country will be randomly assigned to a group (A, B, C or D). 

• The top country from each group will advance to the semi-finals and then finals. 

• The final game will be 30 minutes long.
